“Let me start off by saying that this was my fourth stay at the Regal Inn and I have zero complaints. My mom and I travel around to different states to go to concerts and anytime we’re in the area for a Chicago show, it’s the first place we think of. This trip was no different. Without thinking anything of it, we went to our show and arrived back at the hotel around 10:30 to the sight in the provided picture—our room had been taken care of, we were given fresh towels and the beds were made but the housekeeping staff took it one step further: they had even folded the blanket I had brought from home and neatly put it on my bed with the stuffed dog I had brought. Sometimes during traveling, I bring stuff from home to have some comfort and this was something that genuinely made my night. I couldn’t believe that the staff had taken time to do this. Every single stay at this hotel is made easy and simple—the prices are great and the rooms are clean. The staff is friendly and welcoming. There is easy access to a lot of places from the hotel—food, shopping, and event venues. I can’t recommend this hotel more.”
